This offers a fine balance between effectiveness and convenience. The air balance arm is pneumatically operated hoist/balancer that can lift and float simultaneously. When the balancer is not loaded the tackle is in the balanced condition and can be maneuvered up and down without any effort. After the job is hooked the pneumatic supply is switched on and the system goes into the balancing / floating mode. A single operator can then guide the job up and down and load it effortlessly. Designed indigenously at Jaycee Engineers, it can be mounted on a single post with a 3600 rotational freedom and can cover an area of 4.5 -meter dia. The capacity ranges from 5 to 60 kgs and lift 1300 mm.
