We are continuously adapting new technology and innovations to develop technologically superior material handling pick & place systems. This Auto loading and unloading system provides the automatic and precise loading/unloading of raw material and finished parts.

These machines are the judicious combination of sensors, special grippers, pneumatic/ hydraulic systems, linear actuators, and PLC circuits to control the parameters such as speed, display, signals, etc. as per the application requirement.

The system contains two stations - the Loading station and the Unloading station. At the loading station, the customized grippers pick, travel & load the raw material in the machine. After completion of the machining operation, the system unloads the finished parts from the machine according to the feedback signals.
